Recently, Moses Lake Chemical Industries Co. LTD from the U.S.A. set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Moses Lake (Xi'an) Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (WFOE) in Xi'an. The WFOE is one of the complementary enterprises for Samsung electronic memory chip project. Samsung project is the largest foreign-invested high-tech electronics industry project launched in Xi'an, as well as over 10 thousand employment afterwards.
