Mr. Aiguo ZHANG officially joins Silkroad Law Firm as a partner in charge of its Intellectual Property (“IP”) services in March 2019.  Graduating from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as a doctor in IP and holding a JD in IP of the University of New Hampshire, USA, Mr. ZHANG is qualified to practice law in both the PRC and the New York State of USA.  With rich IP experience at American law firms of Calfee, Halter &Griswold and Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, Mr. ZHANG is highly skilled in the provision of professional services in IP—especially in dispute resolution in such area—and is capable of rendering high quality domestic and overseas IP services for international companies.
